Thank you for making the 2nd Edition of the Indian Space Conclave Successful!

On behalf of the Director General-ISpA, Team-ISpA would like to take this opportunity to extend our gratitude and appreciation for your presence and active participation during the 2nd Indian Space Conclave organized by ISpA, co-hosted by IN-SPACe and with France as the Honoured Partner Country from 9th to 11th Oct 2023 at Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi.

 

Over 1300 people from more than 15 countries came together to celebrate the Second edition of the ‘Indian Space Conclave’. The event featured 29 exceptional exhibitions and distinguished dignitaries from all government departments and agencies, Embassies, International Organizations, and the space industry, including MSMEs and startups, investors, academia, researchers, and students also graced the occasion with their presence.

 

The event also saw:

• The release of the ISpA-NASSCOM-Deloitte report titled- “Exploring Opportunities for Indian Downstream SpaceTech” by Hon. Minister of State for Communications Shri Devusinh Chauhan. (Please find the report here)

 

• Felicitation of ISpA Space Industry Excellence Awards to Space Startups for their contributions to the Private Space Sector.

• Felicitation of Industry, Academia and R&D with ISpA Chandrayaan Honour for their contributions to Chandrayaan Mission.

 

• The Hon. MoS Shri Devusinh Chauhan and H.E. Thierry Mathou, Ambassador Designate of France in India, visited the Space exhibition separately where they interacted with Space companies and start-ups during the Conclave.

 

• France, as the honoured nation, partnered with ISpA to jointly organize the Indo-France Space Summit on the inaugural day.

• The French embassy brought 25+ Industry members, along with the French Space Industry Association (GIFAS).

• Astronaut Thomas Pesquet, ESA attended the conclave and spoke on the occassion.
